FLOW (NEW DATE!)

Trust • Sensation • Movement
After unknowing, something begins to move.
This gathering invites you to follow that movement — not to direct it or make sense of it, but to stay close enough to feel where it wants to go. We shift from loosening language into listening through sensation, rhythm, and response.
We work with water, ink, breath, and gesture. Through suminagashi ink marbling, the ancient practice of floating ink on water, we watch how pattern emerges through attention rather than control.
A breath, a touch, a pause — and the form responds.
Nothing is corrected. Nothing is forced.
Alongside ink marbling, we move gently between fluid mark-making, simple movement, and reflection. These practices offer a way to stay present inside change — to notice what softens when we stop trying to hold things together, and what begins to carry us forward when we allow movement to lead.
The pace is slow and spacious. There is time to pause, to watch, to integrate what reveals itself quietly. You don’t need to know what you’re doing. You don’t need to get it right. You don’t need to arrive with clarity.
This is a small, embodied studio gathering for people in transition — for those learning how to trust what is already in motion, and how to stay present without forcing direction.
